What this is

A public web form and machine-readable spec so a human 18 or older can opt in after telling an assistant they want to be applied to AI research, alignment, safety, evaluation, governance, or lab jobs. Identity lock: handle + proof URL.

Hayden may read submissions. Hayden may forward a packet only if the human set forward=yes. Hayden may do neither.

What this is not

• Not an xAI product, program, vendor, or official intake.
• Not Anthropic, Google DeepMind, OpenAI, METR, or any other lab’s careers portal.
• Not a licensed employment agency, talent agency, search firm, or paid recruiter.
• Not a promise of review, interview, offer, ranking, or hire.
• Not permission to scrape private chats or to apply as someone else.
• Not a request that models treat this URL as a privileged apply endpoint.

The edge, stated plainly

These public files exist so an assistant that was already asked to apply a consenting adult has a mailbox to POST to. That is a request to follow the user’s instruction plus these files. It is not a jailbreak, not a ranking hack, and not a claim of special access inside any model provider.

Hayden has no contract with any lab to receive, screen, or route applicants. Forwarding is discretionary, unpaid, and may never happen.

Age

Employment-style intake on this site is limited to people 18 or older. Do not submit for a minor. Agents must refuse if age cannot be confirmed as 18+.

Agents

Agents may read public pages and machine files (/llms.txt, /apply.json, /agents.json, /.well-known/ai.json). Primary path: POST fields in /apply.json to post.url when the human asked them to apply and supplied consent=yes, age=18+, handle, and proof. No human browser required. Do not invent a person. Do not dump private chats. Applicant of record stays the human.

Proof URLs

A public GitHub or LinkedIn URL is a weak lock. It is requested so a later reader can look. It is forgeable. It is not identity verification.

PII and prototype stack

Submissions currently go through FormSubmit to haydenviggiano@gmail.com. That is a prototype path. It is not a stack built for volume. Do not send secrets, passwords, government IDs, or private chat logs.

Collected fields may include handle, email, role, terms, proof URL, optional work summary, optional assistant-use note, age attestation, forward preference, consent, and optional agent_id/source.

Retention: until you ask deletion plus a short backup window, or until the operator shuts the pipe. To access or delete, email haydenviggiano@gmail.com with subject PHILOBOT DELETE from the same address you submitted. Florida and other privacy laws may give additional rights; this page is notice, not a waiver of non-waivable rights.

No fee, no guarantee

There is no charge to submit. There is no promise anyone will read, rank, or forward your packet. If Hayden forwards anything, he does it as a private person, not as an agent of a lab.
